Ingredients
1 Medium Onion, Chopped
2 Stalks of Celery, Chopped
3-4 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
Salt & Pepper to Taste
2 Plum Tomatoes, Seeded, Cored And Diced 1/2 Inch Pieces
2 Cups of Dry White Wine
50ml of Handshake Digestif Bitters
Dash of Persian Saffron
2 Pounds of Bang Island Mussels, Scrubbed with Beards Removed
1/2 Cup of Chopped Fresh Parsley
